  1. Download and install Yealink USB Connect
  2. Plug in your BT51 Bluetooth dongle into your PC's USB port. The dongle has the word 'Top' written on one side, make sure that side is facing up when you plug it in.
  3. Open Yealink USB Connect and the BT51 should show up.
  4. Select the BT51 and click Update Now. Wait for it to finish updating and don't remove the dongle.
  5. Now to update the Yealink BH72, simply plug it into the computer via the provided USB cable.
  6. With Yealink USB Connect open it should automatically recognise the device and start updating the firmware.
  7. Enjoy your new and improved Yealink BH72 headset!
