COVID-19 & Weather Impacts to Stock Availability and Deliveries

Dispatch & Deliveries - March 2022 update

FLOODS update - With floods over parts of Australia and roads and rail links affected, your order may not arrive quickly as expected. Please be patient - there's not much a courier can do if they literally cannot get goods through or to an area!

As everyone is aware, COVID has resulted in Australia-wide staff shortages at warehouses and couriers, which may affect dispatch and delivery times. These impacts can vary depending on which warehouse your goods are in and the couriers available to collect and sort goods as well as drivers in your area. They can also change very quickly! You may be lucky and not have any delays at all, or you might wait a few extra days than you’re used to.

To play it safe, and for your own stress levels, we recommend you order a good week ahead of when you need your goods (add a day or 2 for non-metro or WA). If your order is super urgent, please give us a call or jump on Live Chat and we shall do whatever we can to speed up the process - no guarantees, but sometimes a little nudge can help the manufacturer’s warehouse process an order faster.

We ask for a little extra patience and understanding for our team and all the people who are working hard to make sure your goods get to you as quickly as possible.

Stock availability

Whilst manufacturing and supply chains have been pushed to the limit, most headsets are currently well stocked. Just a few models or variants have long lead times, so if you see the green ADD TO CART button and can add your items to your cart, you can be assured that stock is available. If you see a low stock alert, or you need 5 or more headsets, we recommend calling so we can make sure that adequate stock is on hand. If your headset is not available, we can generally recommend a very similar alternative product, so give our friendly team a call.

How soon will you get your new headset?

Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday generally receive goods the next working day but please allow 1-3 working days to be safe.

This is based on headsets being shipped to capital cites on the eastern seaboard (Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne). If you are based in WA, SA or in regional areas delivery may sometimes takes a little longer.

All our goods are sent for speed and security by courier. Shipping is at a fixed rate of only $15 INC GST per order (not per item) for online orders.

Once your order dispatches, tracking details will be emailed to you. To make sure your goods get to you as quickly as possible, we may dispatch items from different warehouses. In this case you will receive multiple shipping notifications from us with tracking for each delivery. We cannot not send packages to PO Boxes.

If there is no-one onsite to accept delivery of the headset it cannot not be left for you - even with your permission. This is to ensure that your goods don't get stolen by someone else leaving you out of pocket and without a headset.
