Getting your order from us to you...

How soon will you get your new headset?

When you place an order before 12pm on a weekday, you'll generally receive your goods the following working day. But please allow 1-3 working days, just to be on the safe side.

If you're based in South Australia, Western Australia, or in a regional area, delivery may take a few days longer.

Once you've placed your order, tracking details will be emailed to you, but you can call us any time to find out the status of your delivery. We do not send packages to PO Boxes, and prefer that there is someone to sign for your goods.
