Getting your order from us to you...

How soon will you get your new headset?

Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday generally receive goods the next working day but please allow 1-3 working days to be safe. This is based on headsets being shipped to capital cites on the eastern seaboard (Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne). If you are based in WA, SA or in regional areas delivery may sometimes takes a little longer.

During busy holiday periods it is always a good idea to allow an extra day or two for shipping, The couriers are not always as fast as Santa and his reindeer.

Once you've placed your order, tracking details will be emailed to you. If your order includes 2 different brand items (Jabra, Sennheiser, Plantronics, IPECS) please note that each brand will be delivered separately. We do not send packages to PO Boxes.

All our goods are sent for speed and security by courier. Shipping is at a fixed rate of only $15 INC GST per order (not per item) for online orders.

If you are not able to sign for the headset it will not be left for you. This is to ensure that your goods don't get stolen by someone else leaving you out of pocket and without a headset. It also provides us with evidence that the goods have been accepted by someone at your nominated address.

Christmas and New Year Delivery Times

We don't use Santa for deliveries, we have couriers - they're marginally less weird and don't break into your house. They have LOTS of deliveries for good little boys and girls right now, so please expect an extra day or 2 for delivery. Also, please ensure someone is at your premises to receive the delivery, as the couriers can't leave cards like Aussie Post.

The timings below are approximate only. Please keep an eye on your tracking details and do contact us if the delivery isn’t progressing along as you’d expect.

Metro VIC, NSW, ACT ,QLD - 1-4 days (usually 1-3)
Regional VIC, ACT, NSW, QLD 2-6 days) (usually 1-4)
Metro SA/WA 1-5 days
Regional SA/WA/NT 2-7 days

Last order for December delivery is 18th December 11am Eastern Standard Time!

Orders placed after 18th December 11am EST: Please note deliveries will recommence from Jan 6th. If your business is closed at that time, please do not place your order online, drop us an email, leave a chat message or call and leave a voicemail and we'll get in touch when you're back in the office.
