How soon will you get your new headset?

Standard Delivery Times

Orders placed before 11am on a weekday often receive goods the next working day but please allow 1-3 working days to be safe.

This is based on headsets being shipped to capital cites on the eastern seaboard (Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne). If you are based in WA, SA or in regional areas delivery may sometimes takes a little longer.

All our goods are sent for speed and security by courier. Shipping is at a fixed rate of only $15 INC GST per order (not per item) for all orders.

Once your order dispatches, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please check your junk mail if you don't receive them as expected. To make sure your goods get to you as quickly as possible, we may dispatch items from different warehouses. In this case you will receive multiple shipping notifications from us with tracking for each delivery. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or to parcel lockers. We're sorry if this is inconvenient for you, but it's just not possible.

If there is no-one onsite to accept delivery of the headset, it cannot not be left for you - even with your permission. This is to ensure that your goods don't get stolen by someone else leaving you out of pocket and without a headset.
