Payment Methods
If you are a placing a bulk order, or an order for government or not-for-profit organisations, we also accept purchase orders. Just give us a call to discuss.
Please note that all goods must be paid for prior to Simply Headsets releasing them for shipment. Purchase orders are exempt from this process, but please contact a member of our staff to discuss your payment requirements prior to sending through a purchase order. Invoice terms and purchase orders available on request, please call 1300 889 728 to discuss.
Credit Card
Paying online with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) is easy and safe. Our secure server encrypts all information, so just enter your credit card details during the checkout process and follow the prompts provided.
For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. If the information provided does not match, your order may be delayed in processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
PayPal
We accept PayPal for purchases made on our website. Once you select PayPal as a payment method, you will be asked to log into your PayPal account to complete the transaction. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you may also set one up during the checkout process.
