Luckily, updating your headset firmware is easy and we'll show you how you can do it in a few simple steps with any Yealink headset.

  1. Download and install Yealink USB Connect
  2. Connect Your Yealink Headset to Your Computer via USB
  3. Run Yealink USB Connect
  4. Go to Update Device.
  5. Do one of the following: Click Check for Updates, which will automatically update the firmware to the newest version (recommended).
  6. Or: Click Update Manually to manually update the firmware to the specific version. You will need to
    download the firmware on the product documentation page first.
  7. Confirm the Action.
