Delivery Information
All our headsets are sent by courier for speed and security. If you are not able to sign for the headset it will not be left for you.
This is to ensure that your goods don't get stolen by someone else leaving you out of pocket and without a headset. It also provides us with evidence that the goods have been accepted by someone at your nominated address.
If you place your order before 11am on a weekday you should receive your new headset within 48 hours. This is based on headsets being shipped to capital cites on the eastern seaboard (Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne).
If you are based in WA, SA or in regional areas your delivery can take just a little longer.
