What We Don't Love

• Doesn't work with all desk phones right out of the box and may require additional accessories. Call us to discuss compatibility if you plan to use it with a desk phone
• Earcups are quite large for an office style headset at approx 65mm across - but you might like that!
• Doesn't include the WDD60 DECT USB dongle, though this can be purchased additionally for hybrid workers who need to use with PC at home also. 
• Busylight is just on the earcup and not very obvious. If you need this,  check out the BLT60 for a bright and obvious busy lights that colleagues and customers can see.
• Currently, unlike most other DECT wireless headsets the WH64 does not have a conference feature. It's something that Yealink are looking to roll out with future updates but its not something currently available. So if you are looking to train/conference/listen in on calls, this is not the headset for you... yet!

The Yealink WH64 Wireless Headset is an industry first,  combining DECT and Bluetooth connectivity in one sleek device. This hybrid design gives you incredible flexibility. You can leave the base at the office and take the headset home to use with your mobile phone via Bluetooth. Plus, the optional WDD60 DECT USB dongle lets you connect to your home computer effortlessly.

Switching between DECT and Bluetooth modes is seamless with the WH64. The DECT mode provides an impressive range of up to 150m, ideal for moving around the office. When you're on the go, the Bluetooth mode gives you up to 50m of range. The Bluetooth technology in the DECT headset retains all the benefits of DECT while allowing you to move freely.

One standout feature is the innovative Noise Reduction System with 3-Mic Noise Cancellation, which ensures your voice is always crystal clear. The microphone length has been increased by 74%, going from 78mm to 135.7mm, which significantly enhances voice clarity. Plus, the intelligent algorithm adapts to different work scenarios, so you sound great no matter where you are.

The base is super versatile, with multiple USB ports allowing you to connect both a computer and an IP phone simultaneously. This plug-and-play functionality makes it a breeze to integrate with mainstream IP phones and UC platforms, ensuring smooth and efficient device switching. And if you use Yealink IP phones, the native integration makes it even better. Please note that while this headset works out of the box with most USB desk phones, some desk phones may require an additional adapter. Call us to discuss compatibility before purchasing if you plan to use this with a desk phone.

Comfort is key with the WH64. The ergonomic earcups are made from soft materials that improve heat dissipation, making them comfortable to wear all day long. The headset is lightweight too, weighing only 150g for the dual version and 92g for the mono version. The replaceable ear cushions further extend the headset's lifespan by allowing you to easily swap out the cushions without needing to replace the entire headset. This not only ensures continued comfort and hygiene but also makes the WH64 a more sustainable and cost-effective choice in the long run. 

The Yealink WH64 headset is packed with smart features that make life easier. One of the best is its microphone boom arm—you just lift it up to mute and pull it down to unmute. It’s a simple, intuitive way to manage your calls without fumbling for buttons. This design helps you stay focused and avoid any awkward interruptions. The WH64 also features dual-sided busylights on the earcups, with an optional BLT60 busy light accessory to make sure your availability status is always clear. You get up to 32 hours of talk time in Bluetooth mode and up to 16 hours in DECT mode, with rapid charging to keep you going.

You can choose between mono and stereo options, and the headset is available in both UC and MS Teams certified versions. While it doesn't have Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), it excels in many other areas. Plus, you can use the WDD60 DECT USB dongle or a USB-C cable for wired connections.
