If you are a .gov or .edu and haven’t ordered from us before, it’s super easy. Give us a call on 1300 889 728 to speak with someone in our sales team. We can help to raise an official quote for you to take to your accounts/purchasing team to assist them in raising a Purchase order.
Once the PO has been raised in your system just send us a copy. Your invoice will then reference the Purchase Order Number (PO#) that you provide and goods will be shipped out on the agreed payment terms.

This cable is required for many Yealink models. If you're not sure what your phone needs, add the headset that you like to cart and let our compatibility guide do the hard work for you. It comes with 3 cables to connect to Jabra, Plantronics or Sennheiser headsets.

The EHS 40 is designed to work with the Yealink IP Phones T58AV, T58A, T57W, T54W, T53W, T53, T48S, T46S, T42S, T41S, T42U, T43U, T46U, T48U if your phone is not listed here please call to check compatibility before purchasing
Please note - For the T5 series eg the T54W your phone will need to be running Firmware version 96.86.0.112 or above. For the T4 series your phone will need to be running Firmware version V85 or above.
You will also need to program your phone via the Yealink configuration Webpage. This can be executed by your telephony provider or your IT Manager if they have access. We suggest you confirm this before purchase.
Option under Features > Audio called “Ringer Device for Headset” needs to be set as “Use Headset & Speaker”
How a hook switch works
A hook switch is like a smaller, smarter version of a handset lifter. It is an electronic switch that connects between your handset and your headset base station. When you press the appropriate button on your headset it sends a signal to your phone to answer or hang up on a call. This means you can now start or end conversations from anywhere in the office using your wireless headset, without having to return to your desk.
Unlike a handset lifter, a hook switch contains no moving parts which means they answer/leave calls much quicker than a lifter, and are also theoretically more reliable. However not all hook switches work with all phones, so make sure you choose the right model to work with your handset.

All items are couriered for speed as well as security. There is an Australian wide flat rate courier fee of only $15 inc GST no matter how many items you order.
We will not dispatch items if you do not have a physical address and orders will only be dispatched within Australia. International Shipping is not available at this time.
