The Poly Studio USB videobar continues to offer fantastic value and performance for an all-in-one USB video conferencing bar. Typically videobars tend to be optimised for spaces up to around 4-5 metres in size, however we continue to hear great feedback from customers using them in larger rooms and getting great results.

Automatic group framing intelligently frames participants, adjusting automatically as they enter and leave the room to ensure everyone is seen clearly. Features like innovative NoiseBlock and Acoustic Fence technology senses background noise and blocks it so calls are clear.

Ease-of-use also extends to interoperability, as it works with most collaboration platforms including Zoom, MS Teams, GoTo Room, Ring Central, Google Meet.

This is a super little video and audio device designed to be used in small rooms for about 4-6 people in conjunction with a conference platform such as Zoom, Skype, Teams, Google Hangouts, Cisco Webex, GoTo Meetings etc. Basically it's compatible with any application that supports standard USB audio and video drivers. You can plug into a PC or laptop for video that's an easy plug and play solution (you'll probably want to attach the Studio to a wall). Obviously for the best experience you'd add a screen to see meeting participants. Importantly the Sudio is CERTIFIED for Teams and Zoom- which means, if using it with those aplications and you experience any difficulty, the Studio is covered by their Tech support or troubleshooting.

Nothing beats being able to see the participants on the meeting in crystal clear video. The Studio recognises faces so will only focus on who is in the meeting, so if someone leaves or enters it will adjust focus to see all meeting attendees. For the first time ever in a USB device, speaker tracking automatically finds and zooms in on the active speaker so that everyone knows who is talking. Plus, a 4K camera ensures crisp, lifelike video that brings your meetings to life.

Stereo, room-filling sound

Polycom have been making conference devices for decades and their experience really shows in the Studio. There will be no asking your colleague to repaeat what they said because you can't hear what's being transmitted! 'NoiseBlock' technology focuses on voices and blocks out other noises like keyboard tapping, rustling papers and (God forbid!) the meeting eater so that the remote participant can hear you clearly. Polycom Acoustic Fence creates a virtual 'audio fence' around participants, filtering out the noise outside the meeting so they can't hear the noisy speaker just outside - allowing everyone to hear and focus on the meeting at hand.

You can connect to a mobile or tablet via BT but please note there needs to be a cable connection to transmit video.

The unit of course comes with a remote for easy adjustments, mute, volume, to turn speaker tracking on or off and control camera presets and BT pairing.
