The Owl Bar is engineered to bring a new level of intelligence and engagement to video conferencing. Designed for medium to large rooms, it provides a high-resolution 4K video feed from the front of the room while working in tandem with the Meeting Owl 3’s 360° camera. This dual-camera setup creates a more immersive and natural experience, automatically shifting views between both devices to spotlight the active speaker. Smart Zoom, powered by the proprietary Owl Intelligence System™ (OIS), uses AI-driven sound and motion tracking to locate active participants and keep them centred in frame—so the conversation always flows naturally.

With a generous 114° horizontal and 73° vertical field of view, the Owl Bar covers wide spaces with ease. It’s ideal for video coverage up to 2.5 metres and audio pickup up to 5.5 metres. Whether mounted to a wall or placed on a flat surface, setup is a breeze with simple USB-C plug-and-play connectivity and no software installation required. Certified for Microsoft Teams as a peripheral device for small rooms (up to 5m x 5m), it also plays perfectly with Zoom, Google Meet and other leading platforms. The Owl Intelligence System™ keeps your hardware future-ready with automatic over-the-air updates that continuously add features and improvements. You can also lock the camera onto a specific speaker or area using the Camera Lock feature in the Meeting Owl desktop app—perfect for presentations or panel-style meetings.

To expand your coverage, pair the Owl Bar with a Meeting Owl 3 or Meeting Owl 4+ (also compatible with Meeting Owl Pro). This creates a dual-camera setup that captures the room from both the front and centre, offering a more natural and inclusive experience. Add Expansion Mics to boost audio pickup range by 2.5 metres per mic in the direction placed. When combining paired Owls with mics, your room can be fully covered with up to 18 metres of audio pickup—ideal for larger boardrooms, training rooms, or dynamic hybrid meeting layouts.
