Inside, it’s running an 8-core processor paired with a 4-core GPU, so you’re getting enough power to run meetings smoothly without needing to plug in a laptop at all. It runs on Android OS, which means you can install apps like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet—whatever platform your team uses. You can even browse the internet, stream video, or download apps directly onto it, just like a tablet or Android phone.

Because it’s fully standalone, you don’t need to bring your own device to the room. Everything’s built in: two 15.6” full HD touchscreens, dual 4K panoramic lenses, an eight-microphone array, a high-fidelity speaker, and all the brains to run a meeting on its own. The touchscreens are responsive and intuitive, and you can tilt them to get the right viewing angle depending on where you’re seated. If you do want to connect a computer, that’s easy too—just plug it in via USB-C, and you can access the device’s full 360° camera and AI framing features like a traditional webcam setup. There’s also an HDMI input if you’d rather share content that way.

What makes it even more flexible is how it handles screen sharing. You’ve got two HDMI outputs, so you can connect to external monitors (like a wall-mounted screen) without fuss. The Kandao can show different things on its built-in screens versus what goes to the external display, which is handy if you want to manage the meeting while everyone else sees the shared content. And if you want to ditch the cables altogether, it supports wireless screen mirroring through AirPlay and Miracast.
