Likewise, first edition Engage 75 headsets will not fit SE bases or stands due to the new USB-C ports on all SE headsets.

The new USB-C ports on the headset and base units are designed to align with global USB-C charging standards, reducing e-waste and supporting business sustainability. However, this means that second edition headsets cannot be used with first edition base units or desk charging stands. Despite this, the Jabra Engage 75 SE remains a top choice for professionals seeking a reliable and versatile wireless headset.

Please note that the first edition headset used Micro-USB ports on both the headset and base station. With the SE version now featuring USB-C ports (male USB-C on the base unit and female USB-C on the headset), SE headsets are incompatible with first edition bases, and first edition headsets cannot be used with SE base units.

The Engage 75 SE is available in three variants: mono, stereo, and convertible. Each model features excellent sound quality, with the mono and stereo models meeting the stringent Skype for Business Open Office requirements. The directional noise-cancelling microphone and superior speakers provide clear audio for both calls and music. The headset's battery life is equally impressive, offering up to 13 hours of talk time and 52 hours of standby time, with a fast charge feature that provides over five hours of talk time in just 30 minutes.

The headset can be worn with the microphone on either side, and the mute button is conveniently located on the microphone arm.
