We are here to make your life as simple as possible and will process the warranty claim of any headset purchased from Simply Headsets for you - no need for you to call a faceless call centre overseas. We do of course have an obligation to the manufacturers to do some troubleshooting to try to get your headset back up and running, so please call us at a time that is convenient for you to do this.
The warranty that is provided with your headset is a direct manufacturer’s warranty. Broadly speaking, most wireless & corded headsets have a 2 year manufacturer’ warranty, most Bluetooth headsets have a 1 year warranty.
Please note that a replacement headset can in most cases be dispatched to you before your old one is received (sometimes we shall need tracking details from you for this to occur). You are responsible for returning the faulty headset to the manufacturer. Please ensure that you ONLY send back the item listed, not any additional cables or accessories that have been purchased with them. If you’re not sure what that means for you - feel free to ask us! It is highly likely that any items sent in error will not be able to be recovered.
