Our primary goal has always been to give you advice and service that will exceed not only your expectations but also go above and beyond standard commercial law and consumer guarantees.

We understand that sometimes you don’t end up with the product you were expecting, but we hope to reduce the chance of that happening by encouraging you to call us before you buy. That way, we know we can do everything possible to ensure your headset is fit for purpose and compatible with your office technology.

We continue to offer our industry-leading “Easy Exchange” program, with just a few slight changes due to COVID-19 Health & Safety Concerns (outlined below).

Eligibility for Easy Exchanges During COVID-19 Pandemic

As always, to be eligible for our Easy Exchanges, we encourage you to call our team before you make your purchase, so they can offer their expert advice and increase the likelihood of you getting the right headset the first time.

Due to Health & Safety Concerns during the Global COVID-19 Pandemic we are unfortunately unable to continue to offer our usual “Above & Beyond Guarantee” - that is, continue to exchange opened products that you purchased if you “simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it”

We truly would love to continue to offer this extended service, yet as we are sure you can understand, COVID-19 and the health & safety of all our customers, and staff who handle the exchanges, is paramount, and the risks of used, opened, and/or touched headsets during this current pandemic has resulted in this change.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to getting back to our “regular scheduled programming (process) shortly”.

If you’ve had a chat with our team before buying, but your Simply Headsets delivery arrives and doesn’t suit your needs give us a call BEFORE OPENING (and within 14 days), and, we’ll do our best to work with you and possibly find an exchange that’s within the same price range.

However, if you do decide to go for a more expensive option you will just need to pay the difference. Of course, if the new headset costs less we will refund the difference!

The following applies to all Simply Headsets customers:

  • If the product you received is faulty, you are of course covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty Terms and Conditions - Just give us a call to discuss the warranty process.
  • On returning your product, goods and packaging must be as new - especially during the current Covid-19 Pandemic. Please note; If any part is missing or if the headset or box is damaged (rips, scratches, dints, labels, writing etc), a minimum 50% restocking fee will be incurred.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your goods to be eligible.
  • Unless faulty, a maximum of three headsets can be exchanged from any one order.
  • Handset lifters - We’re happy to accept a lifter back as long as the sticky pad covers have not been removed. If you’re not 110% sure you’re keeping the lifter or haven’t confirmed compatibility, best to have a colleague help you test it thoroughly before you stick it down.
  • NB Policy does not apply to: Polycom conference phones & accessories, headset batteries, ear cushions, ear buds, ear hooks, neckbands and headbands, Bluetooth mobile phone only headsets. These items cannot be returned. Please contact us prior to purchase to ensure you’re getting what you need.

As part of the exchange, the cost of returning the product is the buyer’s responsibility, we recommend sending in a trackable manner.

Simply Headsets will not charge shipping on the new exchange items.
