Headset Warranty
The warranty that is provided with your headset is a manufacturer’s warranty, and each manufacturer offers a different warranty depending on which type of headset is purchased. Below is a breakdown of the different brands and product types, as well as links to some documentation from each of the manufacturers.
Plantronics:
The standard warranty period on any Plantronics Headset is 24 months from date of purchase or date code, whichever is latest.
To place a warranty claim with Plantronics you will need to contact Plantronics directly on 1800 793 150 or lodge an online web service claim (the quickest and easiest way) through the link below:

GN Netcom/Jabra:
The standard warranty period on any GN Netcom or Jabra Headsets is 24 months from date of purchase or date code, whichever is latest.

Sennheiser:
The standard warranty period on any Sennheiser Headsets is 24 months from date of purchase. To place a warranty claim with Sennheiser you will need to contact their Australian Team (Syntec International) directly on 02 9910 6700.
