Pairing Instructions for all Bluetooth models

Follow these three steps to pair your headset:

1 - Enable the Bluetooth function on the device (phone, PS3, car) you want to use with the headset.
2 - Place the headset in pairing mode so your Bluetooth device (phone) will find it.
3 - Follow the instructions for the Bluetooth device to search for the headset & pair with it.

To Un pair or remove a headset - refer to the devices (phone, PS3, car) user guide/manual.

The Passkey, User Code, or Pin number is 0000 (4 Zeros) this code cannot be changed.

The only exceptions are models M1000 and M1500 (see below for their number)

To put the headset into pairing mode:

1 - Start with the headset powered off.

2 - Press in and hold the Call Control Button (on/off button) until the headset flashes red, blue, red, blue.

3 - Tell your phone to "Find the new Bluetooth device" (see the User Guide or call a local phone store).

4 - If the phone asks for a User Code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros).


Voyager Pro


To put the headset into pairing mode:

To put the headset into pairing mode:

1 - Start with the headset powered on (the headset will have a blue blinking light).
2 - Press in and hold the + side of the volume button (long, thin and silver) and the Call Control Button (on the
microphone boom, oval shaped) until the headset flashes red, blue, red, blue.
3 - Tell your phone to "Find the new Bluetooth device" (see the User Guide or call a local phone store).
4 - If the phone asks for a User Code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros).

2 - Press in and hold the Call Control Button until the headset flashes red, blue, red, blue.

To put the headset into pairing mode:

1 - Start with the headset powered on.
2 - Simultaneously press in and hold the Play button and the Power button until the headset flashes red, blue, red, blue.
3 - Tell your phone to "Find the new Bluetooth device" (see the User Guide or call a local phone store).
4 - If the phone asks for a User Code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros)

Pulsar 590A & 590E


To put the Pulsar 590 into pairing mode:

1 - Start with the headset powered off.
2 - Press in and hold the Call Control button (the button with the handset symbol).
3 - Power on the headset and hold the button until the headset flashes red, blue, red, blue.
4 - If the phone asks for a User Code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros)

Universal Adapter (dongle used with the Pulsar 590A)

To pair a Bluetooth headset to the Universal Adapter (dongle):

1 - Put the headset into pairing mode (see above).
2 - Press in and hold down the round center button on the dongle.
3 - While holding the button in, turn the outer ring until the solid dots lines up.
4 - Keep the button pressed in until the dongle blinks red & blue. This is the pairing mode.

When the dongle has been paired with the headset, the dongle will just blink blue

Calisto Pro


To put the headset into pairing mode:

1 - Take the headset out of the base.
2 - Start with the headset powered off.
3 - Press in and hold the Call Control Button (on/off button) until the headset flashes red, blue, red, blue.
4 - Tell your phone to "Find the new Bluetooth device" (see the User Guide or call a local phone store).
5 - If the phone asks for a User Code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros).

M3000 & M3500


To put the headset into pairing mode:

1 -Simultaneously press in and hold the volume up key (+) and the Call Control button at the same time until the indicator light on the headset starts flashing red then green.
2- Tell your phone to "Find the new Bluetooth device" (see the User Guide or call a local phone store).
3 - If the phone asks for a User Code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros)

M2500


To put the headset into pairing mode:

1 - Start with the headset powered on.
2 - Press and hold down the Call Control button while also rotating the multi-function dial upward (away from the light) until the indicator light on the headset starts flashing red then green.
3- Tell your phone to "Find the new Bluetooth device" (see the User Guide or call a local phone store).
4 - If the phone asks for a User Code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros)

M1000 & M1500


To put the headset into pairing mode:

1 - Press in and hold the volume/mute switch in until the indication light starts blinking.
2 - On the headset push in and hold the mute/volume dial until the indicator light begins to flash blue.
3 - Tell your phone to "Find the new Bluetooth device" (see the User Guide or call a local phone store).
4 - If the phone asks for a User Code or passkey, See the M1000 & M1500 pin code locations below).

M1500 adapter


To put the adapter into pairing mode:


1 - Turn the headset on and the adapter off.
2 - On the adapter press and hold the blue power button for 10 seconds. The light on the adapter will flash once after 3 seconds- continue to hold the power button for another-7 seconds until the light flashes red.
3- Tell your phone to "Find the new Bluetooth device" (see the User Guide or call a local phone store).
4 - If the phone asks for a User Code or passkey, See the M1000 & M1500 pin code locations below).

If the pairing is successful, the headset will sound a tone and both the headset and adapter lights will turn off.

M1000 & M1500 pin code location:


Remove the battery cover from the headset and remove the battery. On the Green PC board there is a letter followed by 4 numbers. The 4 numbers are your unique PIN code.
