This headset and amp combo is fantastic. It took about 30 seconds to set up and has crystal clear sound. The best thing about this headset is the adjustments. No matter what size or shape head, it fits all types. We are very impressed with the service from pre-sale to delivery. The service provided by Simply Headsets was fantastic. I was referred by an IT consultant friend with a suggested headset in mind. My enquiry was handled very professionally, our phone system examined for compatibility and a handful of headsets were recommended and their features explained. The optimal headset was not on sale however a price was quickly negotiated. I called late on a Monday and I was advised delivery may take until Thursday. On Wednesday my headsets arrived with everything required for operation. Within 5 minutes my team of ten were in business.
