Got this headset for my children who do distance education and have lots of phone lessons. One of my children is hearing impared and in the past has used a special system that attaches to his hearing aids but after it broke we were unable to replace it. His comment about the new system is that it is way better than the old system he used. I have also used it and the sound is great and the person on the other end can hear clearly too unlike some other systems. Service was great too when I first made the enquiry about what system would be best for us. |
