Amazing how easy it was to set up, in fact it was harder to turn on the headset button on the phone than setting up the headset itself.rnIt was great to also talk to someone during the buying process as I wouldn't have known to buy the amplified cable or realised how important it was.rnThe staff are really happy with the purchase - we'll be coming back for more i'm sure! |

I would not be able to give a positive review -- as I have not had any positive working head set. First of all I was advised to have the head set . That arrived after 6 days and that did not work on my phone. |

Yes I think they are going great. Now all res staff can have a choice of using the headset or the ear piece and not have to continue to pick up the hand set. The headset is very comfortable on the ear so can be worn all day without it getting sore. We can hear the guests very clearly and I am yet to have a problem with the new additions. |

After conducting research on similar products, we found simply headsets to provide the most competitive price. The quality of the headsets was high, simple to set up and easy to use. There was an initial problem with headset compatibility, however this was efficiently resolved by the staff at simply headsets (Sophie Barwick) and promptly corrected. The staff provided me with a great deal of support and kept me well informed of all the steps taken to resolve the problem. |

Definately worth looking at the W for "Wideband" in the plantronics setup. The CISCO phones support this and the difference in voice quality is noticable.rnrnThe price from Simple Headsets is far better than our previous supplier and delivery was very quick. |

Our standard courier rate is a flat $16.50 and all items are couriered for speed as well as security. We will not dispatch items if you do not have a physical address and orders will only be dispatched within Australia. International Shipping is not available at this time.
