The Not-So-Good
The mic boom on the Sennheiser HW 251 N isn’t as flexible as the very popular SH230 and this means it cannot be shaped to ensure a close fit to your mouth. Having said that, its noise cancelling technology ensures great sound despite this.

Overall the HW 251N is a cracking little entry level headset. It’s comfortable, is a proven performer and even has noise cancellation – and all for under $100. Yes I think they are going great. Now all res staff can have a choice of using the headset or the ear piece and not have to continue to pick up the hand set. The headset is very comfortable on the ear so can be worn all day without it getting sore. We can hear the guests very clearly and I am yet to have a problem with the new additions. |

After conducting research on similar products, we found simply headsets to provide the most competitive price. The quality of the headsets was high, simple to set up and easy to use. There was an initial problem with headset compatibility, however this was efficiently resolved by the staff at simply headsets (Sophie Barwick) and promptly corrected. The staff provided me with a great deal of support and kept me well informed of all the steps taken to resolve the problem. |

Definately worth looking at the W for "Wideband" in the plantronics setup. The CISCO phones support this and the difference in voice quality is noticable.rnrnThe price from Simple Headsets is far better than our previous supplier and delivery was very quick. |
