The H41N is a great headset, easy to set up and use. The only down falls to it are, the swiveling hear piece where the speaker is located sometimes will not stay pressed against the ear which then means you need to fiddle with it. The only other comment i can suggest if for there to be rubber on the ear hook as the plastic can tend to hurt the back of the ear over a long period of use. (i use it 8hrs a day). Apart from that i love the headset and would recommend it if people were to ask for a plantronics headset. |
