We had a bit of trouble with the actual ordering of the product at first as we ordered the incorrect cable so headset did not work with they phone. I then spoke with Sophie Barwick who was very helpful and organised the delivery of some other cables for us & kept me in the loop on what was happening.rnNow that the correct cables have been setupon the headsets they now work wonderfully and are very clear. rnThe actual set up of the headset was very straight forward we had no problems at all once we had all the correct pices. |

Shipping & Delivery
Our standard courier rate is a flat $16.50 and all items are couriered for speed as well as security. We will not dispatch items if you do not have a physical address and orders will only be dispatched within Australia. International Shipping is not available at this time.
You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase, including delivery charges, before you confirm your order.
All orders under $50 will incur a $30 Shipping & Handling fee instead of the standard courier rate.
