When I initially purchased the complete headset units quite some time ago, I had to convince our lawyers that they were a good idea, ergonomically better for them, allow them two free hands to write and type and allow them to move around the office while continuing their phone calls. Now, I don't think they've picked up a telephone receiver once – it's straight on with the headset and there it stays for the day. |
