How much will it cost me?

Delivery via our couriers is at the rate of:

I want to keep track of my product!

Don’t worry, it’s in good hands and once we ship your product,
we’ll email you a URL and a tracking number so you can keep
an eye on where it is in the process.

Can I jump the queue and come and pick it up myself?

In short – no. to keep our overheads as low as possible, we don’t have a physical store front.  And the guys at our shipping warehouse are a pretty shy (but very reliable) bunch.   Don’t worry – you’ll get your new product soon!

What if I am not there to pick up my product?

It’s exciting to get a new product, so we hope that you will be there to pick it up when our courier arrives!  We make deliveries during business hours (08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) so whatever address you email us as your delivery address is where we will send it… it would really help if you’re there between these times.   If you’re not going to be around, we suggest nominating a friend (not someone who is going to nick it in a jealous rage!) to be there and meet the delivery guys. If no one is there to meet our delivery people, they’ll just leave you a note to call them and arrange an alternate time to pick it up.
